TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By accepting this quotation and placing an order, the purchaser accepts the full terms and conditions stated below:
- A deposit 50% of the sale price must be paid at the time of placing an order.
- If the purchaser cancels the order, the deposit is not refundable. If the purchaser cancels the order subsequent to commencement of production of the shutters or blinds ordered, the purchaser must pay to Woodworkers Shutters the full sale price, less installation cost.
- All goods remain the property of Woodworkers Shutters until payment is received in full. If necessary, the purchaser will allow Woodworkers Shutters to enter the purchaser's premises for the purposes of removing goods that have not been paid in full.
- Please note that minor imperfections in the timber does not amount to a defect. Colour samples are approximate as final results depend on porosity and the natural characteristics of the timber currently available.
- Removal of existing window coverings to allow for installation of the order is the purchasers's responsibility.
